Mr Mascall applied to Able2Bridge for funding for the development site with full planning permission. We were please to secure funding of £65,000 against the initial purchase and 100% of development finance.
Able2bridge were able to assist with the planning and construction of the site through one of their associated companies. Construction was completed with full warranties approved by CML (Council Mortgage Lenders) within the schedule agreement.
Through one of their independentfinancial advisors they secured buy to let mortgages on the properties on completion enabling us to repay the original funding reducing the interest payables.

Able2Bridge assisted in the purchase of a site in South London, the site originally consider of planning for two three bedroom properties.
With the assistance of their associated planning department they were able to uplift the planning consent increasing the GDV of the site by £120,000.
